Fresh 48 sessions take place in the hospital, birth center, or even your home, wherever your baby enters the world. These are peaceful, natural sessions that document all the beautiful newness without the pressure of a posed photoshoot.

Because these moments are once-in-a-lifetime, I take on a limited number of birth and Fresh 48 sessions each month to give every family the care and attention they deserve. Booking early is key — and I’m here every step of the way to support and guide you.

Heather is absolutely devoted to her work. We have used Chunky Monkey Photography for all of our occasions and will continue to use Heather for any photography needs. Heather has been there to capture maternity, births, newborns, milestones, family sessions, Christmas, and all the in between. The love she puts into each session is pure devotion. Just when you feel like that one toddler is going to break her, she works so hard to get that smile and will do whatever it takes so you can get a big print to go over the mantle. She listens to all your needs and what you’re wanting to capture so in the end you fall in love with the images. We always leave our sessions with Heather with excitement and constantly checking for the email saying that our pictures are ready!
