As a photographer and a mom, there are few things that bring me more joy than capturing the milestones of the people closest to my own children. Their friends often feel like an extension of my own family — kids I’ve watched grow, celebrated alongside, and loved like my own. That’s why this couple’s session at Tandy Hills in Fort Worth was such a treat for me. Not only did I get to capture beautiful portraits, but I also got to celebrate a love that is just as genuine as it is sweet.

From the moment we arrived at Tandy Hills, I knew it was going to be a magical evening. The weather was perfect, with a soft breeze and a golden glow that made everything feel a little dreamy. Tandy Hills is already one of my favorite locations in Fort Worth — the rolling fields, wide-open skies, and natural beauty create a backdrop that feels timeless and romantic. Add in a couple who couldn’t stop smiling at each other, and it was absolute perfection.

The session was filled with laughter, playfulness, and so much love. What I adored most about photographing this pair was how natural they were together. No forced smiles, no stiff poses — just two people enjoying each other’s company, soaking in the moment, and letting their love shine.
