There is truly something so special about watching a family welcome a new baby, especially when there are proud big brothers and sisters involved. The excitement, curiosity, gentle cuddles, and sweet little smiles create some of the most meaningful moments during a newborn session.

This sweet little one absolutely hit the jackpot when it comes to siblings. From the very beginning of the session, it was clear just how loved this baby already is. Watching older siblings interact with a newborn is always one of my favorite parts of newborn photography because those moments are so genuine and full of emotion.

Some siblings are excited and energetic, while others are calm and gentle, carefully soaking in every moment with their new baby brother or sister. No matter the age or personality, those first sibling portraits always become some of the most treasured images for families. They freeze the very beginning of a bond that will continue growing for a lifetime.
